FRIDAY FRIENDSHIP GROUP

FFG benefits individuals living independently and those who aim to move into independent living.  Aimed at addressing social isolation, promoting well being and enriching the quality of life for people with learning disabilities. We provide:

  • A welcoming environment where people can socialise and pursue shared interests.
  • A base where people can meet up before going on to shared activities within the community
  • Complete crafting projects with all materials provided.
  • Support with any crafts or projects that you may have started at home.
  • A fully functioning kitchen and regular baking sessions where you are able to get really imaginative with your decorating skills which they find to be so much fun and get to take home!
  • A weekly picture Bingo and prizes for everyone and there’s always a game of dominoes on the go if you fancy your luck.

At Friday Friendship Group we also like to have a good party, whether it’s for Valentines, Halloween, Christmas or a BBQ in the summer for lunch.
